Cautions
Avoid strong brews on an empty stomach if you are sensitive to caffeine. Not recommended late at night if caffeine affects your sleep.
Pu-erh comes from the tea plant (like green or black tea), not from flowers or roots. It has a deep, earthy flavor.
No special gear needed: A mug with a tea infuser—or a French press—works well.
