Tea

Steep 10–15 dried berries in 250 ml (1 cup) hot water (90°C / 195°F) for 10 minutes.

How often: 1–2 cups daily

Soup

Add a small handful to chicken or vegetable soup in the last 20 minutes of cooking.

How often: 2–3 times per week

Cautions
